  Went to eat buffet with my young daughters and received terrible service. The waitress never returned after delivering drinks, not even to provide me an order ticket to pay with. We left after 45 minutes of waiting for more food to be placed out; there was quite a line of people waiting for the same thing to happen. When we left there were literally only 5 pieces of pizza on the buffet. We had to stop for food elsewhere on the way home. And, I was pretty much forced to pay since my children did manage to get some breadsticks prior to leaving. I complained to the manager and she rudely responded with a "sorry!" and my total! Will not go to, order from, or eat anything from again. I was nothing but nice and told that if I had a problem with it then take it up with corporate (waiting to hear back from them still).

  Poor customer service. I have a sever tomato allergy. Paid for the bar. Every single pizza that wasn't plain cheese or pep and cheese had fresh tomatoes. Upon asking my waitress if there was any way possible for me to have one made with no tomatoes she said oh no we pre made them hours ago. I replied r you serious HOURS ago! Mind you the just opening the bar. She said I can ask if they will they might feel generous. So I waited and waited and waited 45 mins later I had to ask her if they were she said I don't know I asked the store manager and he didn't answer he never answers one way or the other. And walked away. Are you kidding me pizza Hut seriously what a great store manager who can't even give a straight answer. I will never come back here.
