  Friendly employees and fresh food. My son's meal was incorrect but the staff had no problem promptly fixing him a new entrée. Dining room needed attention with many dirty tables.

  Sure, when this Taco Bell first opened, it was fantastic! But after these past couple years the service has became so awful. I used to visit this Taco Bell nearly every day because their food was fantastic! But now it's so much trouble to even order and for them to get the correct order, it's not worth it anymore. When you walk in, the floors are sticky from time-to-time. The people working always seem to get my order wrong; There's been a few times where I've had to walk up and correct them with my order three to four times in a row! There's times when I get hard shell tacos and the shells are very stale. There's also times when I get a hard shell taco and the shell is just completely soggy. Of course, if I ordered to-go then it most likely would be after a short period of time. But this is when I get it right then and there that the shell is just falling apart from being too soggy. Another one of the HUGE problems is that every single time I go through the drive through at night, no matter what day it is..I can be guaranteed that I'll be sitting there at least 20+ minutes. The longest wait I've had in the drive through has been 35 minutes. There's not many cars, there's not any huge orders, the service is just flat-out slow. I've even had a time where I've sat at the drive through window and listened to a couple of the guys working there (I'm assuming were new or just completely immature.) hearing them laughing, goofing off, and daring one another to eat the food they've dropped on the floor. After my recent order tonight that we've had to correct multiple times and they STILL managed to get it wrong, I can say that I will not be eating at this Taco Bell ever again.
